Pas très loin d’ici, près des rochers de Dave, se trouve le trou des Nutons. Mais en réalité, c’est dans ce vallon du bois du Duva qu’un Nuton habite. Aussi, il est distrait et comme il perd souvent les clefs de sa maison, il a pour habitude d’en cacher un double sous une pierre au sud de cette petite vallée. Sa maison se trouve quant à elle au nord du vallon.
Mais au fait, savez-vous qui sont les Nutons ? Non ? Et bien ce sont des petites créatures qui habitent les cavités du sol des Ardennes (grottes, cavernes...). Jadis, il était d'usage de déposer le soir devant l’habitation d’un Nuton, des objets endommagés, avec un peu de nourriture. Et le lendemain matin, vous pouviez les récupérer réparés.
Certains disent que les Nutons font partie du folklore et des traditions locales, mais d’autres croient qu’ils sont bien réels ! Si vous voyez le Nuton dans sa maison, ne le dérangez pas, sinon il pourrait vous jeter un sort...
