Zur Hochblüte gelangt die Braustätte unter der aus Gaustadt stammenden Brauerfamilie Leicht. Um 1850 erwirbt Johann Baptist Leicht das Anwesen samt Felsenkeller, der unter seinem Sohn Johann Martin Leicht kontinuierlich ausgebaut wird. Noch heute trägt der beliebte „Wilde Rose-Keller“ auf dem Stephansberg den Namen „Leichts-Keller“. 1901 beginnt die Ära der Familie Häfner. Nach dem Tod der Witwe Häfner heiratet deren Tochter Kunigunda im Jahr 1941 den aus Peulendorf stammenden Brauer Johann Konrad. Trotz Kriegszerstörung beginnt 1953 die Wiedereröffnung der Gaststätte und der Braustätte. Der Braubetrieb wird 1971 eingestellt. Heute ist es ein Gastronomischer Betrieb.
The brewing estate reaches the heyday under the brewing family Leicht from Gaustadt. Around 1850 Johann Baptist Leicht acquires the estate together with Felsenkeller, which is being continuously expanded under his son Johann Martin Leicht. Even today, the popular "Wild Rose Cellar" on the Stephansberg bears the name "Light Cellar". In 1901, the era of the Häfner family begins.
