Logierait is a small village in Highland Perthshire just west of the A9, on the A827 road which heads westwards along Strath Tay towards Aberfeldy. On higher ground to the north of the village is the cemetery at Hillhead which is the newer of the village's cemeteries, opened around 1950 to replace the full graveyard at Logierait Church.
The cemetery stands on a sloping site above the valley of the River Tay and can be reached up the narrow minor road (C452) which branches northwards off the A827 in the village, eventually reaching Pitlochry some four miles to the north. The cemetery is fringed by trees but is relatively open.
