The park is pretty simple, consisting of a large ball diamond and soccer field on the eastern side with a smaller picnic area on to its west. The ball diamond is well maintained and in good condition, with nice, relatively new dugouts and fencing. There's no spectator seating, however. We imagine that the locals know to bring their own seats when going "out to the ball game". The diamond is home to the "Creston Wildcats" softball team(s?).

The picnic area is grassed with large shade trees and a picnic shelter. Inside the shelter is a good sized stone barbecue and one picnic table. Outside the shelter are a couple more picnic tables.

Two things we didn't see in the park were washrooms and access to water.
