There is no sign in the building, only a no parking sign to let people know that there is a fire hall here. Not that this building appears to be that old, but it seems that the town is due for a new fire hall soon, as
TCA Architecture of Seattle has posted a web page featuring their design for a new Grand Coulee fire hall.
With three overhead doors, one a double wide, their
Facebook Page indicates that behind those doors are an ambulance, a pumper and a pair of bush trucks. This seems to be a multi-use building as it also houses the Melody Restaurant & Lounge, possibly more businesses and/or services.
No information is available on staffing beyond the fact that this is an all volunteer department, though the fire chief is likely paid.
