This 'Hotine-style' concrete pedestal trig is between a couple of transmitter towers, and close to a bronze survey marker disc - #59528; which is flanked by a couple of yellow painted steel bollards - which surprisingly doesn't show up on SIX Maps NSW.
Access: while the gate to the communication towers is locked, there is an open granite shelf to the western side of the gate, that certainly looks like it has been used by vehicles. It is an easy walk to the top from Mount Mackenzie Lookout.
